Steve Lundeen, founder of Dream Engineering, has over 25 years experience as a senior executive
in corporate America, serving as Chief Human Resources and Loss Prevention officer for several companies, including Eddie
Bauer, Bath & Body Works and Sunglass Hut International.
Additionally, Steve is a certified coach. His certification
entailed over 300 hours of classroom and practical experience followed by a thorough examination to insure competency in all
facets of the coaching discipline. Steve’s certification is from Coaches Training Institute, San Rafael, CA, one of
the leading coaching programs in the world.
